The current consensus for the diagnostic and treatment of extramammary Paget’s disease

Extramammary Paget's disease is a slow-growing cutaneous intraepithelial adenocarcinoma of the apocrine glands in anogenital and axillary regions. The extremely rare, affects predominantly postmenopausal women, has nonspecific clinical caracteristics, so that it can take 2-10 years from first signs to diagnosis.
 vulva perianal region are most affected zones. Pagets clinically manifested as well-defined erythematous plaques with secondary changes, such scaling, ulceration even bleeding.
 Differential diagnosis made between primary forms disease, candidiasis, contact dermatitis, Crohn's eczema, erosive squamous lichen, purulent hydradenitis, Langerhans cell histiocytosis, sclerosing psoriasis, carcinoma situ, amelanocytic melanoma mycosis fungoide.
 Treatment mainly includes surgical component, well use photodynamic therapy, cytostatic agents, and, depending on stage, systemic chemotherapy
